Fees & Rebates
The fee charged is dependent on whether it is an individual, couples or assessment session. Sessions are 50 minutes duration, extended sessions may be arranged on request. Please make contact to discuss fees.
Additional fees apply for any services and reports requested to be completed out of session.

Medicare Rebate
Although we are a Private practice, we have a number of psychologists who are Medicare Providers.
What does this mean for you?
If you have a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from your GP you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $89.65 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Your rebate could actually be more if you've reached your Medicare safety threshold.
This may be applicable to certain assessments.

Private Health Fund Rebates
Please check with your Private Health fund to check your eligibility to claim a rebate for mental health services, as this is dependent on your policy.
Please note that you are unable to claim a Medicare rebate and refund from your Private Health fund at the same time.

Workcover/ CTP
We have two psychologists who are able to provide services for those seeking mental health treatment under either Workcover or CTP.
Prior to booking an appointment, please ensure that you have a written approval from your case manager, to send us a copy via email before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
We do require at least 48hrs notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. Non-attendance or same day cancellation may incur the full session fees.
Medicare rebates are not claimable for cancelled sessions
