About the program
Study with confidence program uses evidence based theories such as CBT to help students get the most out of their final years at school whilst managing stress.
The program equips students with strategies to identify and respond to exam and study stress. The program addresses behaviours like unhelpful thinking, inattention, procrastination, and perfectionism and promotes adaptive behaviours to help students achieve their study goals.
