Lisa is a Provisional Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Lisa is passionate about helping clients reach their potential by focusing
on individual areas of strength, and helping them take active steps to improve overall wellbeing.
Lisa’s approach to helping clients is person-centred, using a non- judgemental and holistic psychotherapy approach to support the mind and body.
Lisa enjoys working with clients who request strategies to improve mood,
anxiety, stress, parenting difficulties, and adjustment to life changes. She
has certification in the principles and practice of Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy (CBT) and uses techniques of Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy (ACT), to help clients achieve their goals and to make rewarding
changes to their lives.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends,
practising Yoga, walking in nature with her Cavoodle, and reading novels.
